Hand Villagers – Carry Villagers in Your Hand

Hand Villagers is a lightweight Fabric mod that lets you carry Villagers around as handheld items.
Instead of dealing with minecarts, boats, or tedious transport methods, you can simply pick up a Villager and store it as an item. Each Villager keeps its profession, type, and other data, so you can safely move them anywhere.

✨ Features

🧑‍🌾 Handheld Villagers
Every Villager profession has its own special “Hand Villager” item (e.g. Hand Librarian, Hand Farmer, etc.).

🏠 Safe Storage & Transport
Villagers can be turned into items and restored later without losing their profession or biome type.

📦How It Works

0. Get the storage item

• You can get the item via /give command:

/give @s handvillager:hand_villager_empty

• Since version 1.1.0 you can craft the Item
  

1. Obtaining a Hand Villager

Left-click on a Villager to turn it into its Hand Villager item.

2. Restoring the Villager

Choose the Villager-Item to release the Villager back (Right-Click) into the world with all its data intact.
