This plugin provides automatically breaking minecarts and drop new one when you get off a minecart.
This plugin always automatically breaks the cart when you get off the cart.
So you should not install to your server if you need keep carts running after someone get off the cart.
Because this plugin is very simple, this plugin has no configs.
The motivation of creating this is based on change for the worse of behavior of minecart in 1.6.
If mojang fixes minecart behavior in future update, I maybe stop updating this plugin.
