Taking damage now has the risk of slowing you down and depleting your hunger, or even damaging your bones! (on hard mode only) Want to get diamond tools and armor? Looks like vanilla progression has completely changed! You'll need to venture to a brand new dimension: The Skylands, if you want to get better gear. Want to head to the End? You'll need to find four resources scattered across the Minecraft world to craft an Eye of Ender... Want to craft a bed?
