You can easily craft a new tool that let you copy any potion effect applied to yourself.
Good effects are turned into positive spells, right clic with a good effect you apply it to yourself aat the cost of one xp level. Bad effects are turned into negative spells, left clic any entity with a bad effect will apply to them the bad effect.
The spells are stronger/weaker depending on the duration and the level of the effect you had when copying it with the tool.
