Armor, Tools, and Weapons Mobs

I have added a New verison of the Wither where instead of SoulSand you must put Crying Obsidian. It has more armour and more health as well. With it also dropping an enchantment book on death which gives you the ability to put the Wither Effect on your sword, axe, or mace.
