By manually activating a Gamma Bomb

By defeating an inmortal portal

By mixing creeper and human DNA
-Parasite Infection-
By leaving a parasite attack you
-Sculk Curse-
Obtaining a sculk catalyst
-Size Changing-
By combining Fly and Human DNA
-Power Armor-
By obtaining tech upgrades
