Adds Create's elevator scroll wheel function to Controllable. I have Plans To expand this to other blocks in the future but please don't ask when as I do not know. how to setup: here (Please report bugs to this video's comments)

!!!WARNING REQUIRES DEPENDENCIES!!! dependencies:

  1. Create Mod 6.0.8 or above. Create
  2. Controllable Mod 0.21.9 or above. Controllable
  3. Frameork mod 0.8.0 or above. Framework
  4. ALSO for version 2.0 you MUST disable virtual cursor in Controllable's settings!!!
