this mod is all about time: stopping time, slowing down and speeding up time, creating rifts in time, ect.
this is all possible by using saphire gemstones, added by this mod.
(NOTE! this mod is in early beta, and is subject to change.
it also uses the JJBA time stop and start sounds used for 'the world', these are planned to be changed in the future.)
