You won't notice any new progression until you reach Netherite stage of gear.
You are able to upgrade your Netherite armor to Amber armor but anything beyond that will require going to The End, suitable for balancing and preserving end game gear for truly end game.
Found deep in the NETHER amongst Ancient Debris, you can use the preserved flames to forge tools and armor with natural fire aspect and flaming thorns.
Found within the End Islands, this ore is unlike many natural elements.
Using its properties you can power it with Lightning and harness that to your advantage.
Inflict slowness, use a super jump and become immune to lightning damage.
The final and most expensive element, artificially forged using a Catalyst Stone found in the End Islands and combining multiple of them with different minerals that have made up your journey through the dimensions to create the ultimate mineral.
