IMPORTANT: This mod has gained some popularity so here's an update for yall,

I've taken a little break from modding over the summer to focus on College (summer classes baybee), but I do plan on keeping this mod updated, starting again in either August or September.

Custom Enchantments by Banci adds 15 new enchantments to Minecraft. This mod is the first in a line of mods that I intend to publish that add content to the game without disturbing the general gameplay feel, balance, or aesthetic of vanilla Minecraft. The idea is to have these features included and to have the player forget that they're playing with mods in the first place.

Weapon Enchantments

Life Steal - Killing an entity heals you
Melee Weapons, 3 Levels

Recission - Arrows return to you after a successful hit
Bows, 1 Level, Not compatible with Infinity

Valor - Deal bonus damage when under 4 hearts
Melee Weapons, 3 Levels

Submersion - Deal extra damage to mobs with a weakness to water
Melee Weapons, 5 Levels, Not compatible with Sharpness, Smite, Bane of Arthropods

Armor Enchantments

Flame Body - Attacking entities are lit on fire
Armor, 2 Levels

Buoyancy - Remain neutrally buoyant in water (Somewhat like creative flying)
Chestplate, 1 Level

Magma Walker - Frost walker for lava
Boots, 1 Level, Not Compatible with Frost Walker

Cloud Step - Double Jump
Boots, 2 Levels (1 Jump Per Level)

Updraft - Pressing shift while gliding gives you a boost of speed (Single-use, recharges when you land)
Elytra, 1 Level, Treasure Enchantment

Tool Enchantments

Forge - Automatically smelt ores when mined
Pickaxes, 1 Level

Magnetism - Pull mined blocks directly into your inventory
Tools, 1 Level

Excavate - Mine a 3x3 area instead of a single block
Tools, 1 Level, Not compatible with Magnetism, Fortune or Forge

Curses

Curse of Fragility - Tools, and armor deteriorate faster
Tools & Armor

Curse of the Void - Slain entities do not drop items on death

Attunement - Keep item on death
Tools & Weapons & Armor, 1 Level, Treasure Enchantment

(Yes, some of these enchantments have been done in older mods, but as most of them aren't being developed anymore, I decided to revive them with my own versions as they were some of my favorites growing up)

What means Verified?

• Compatibility: The mod should be compatible with the latest version of Minecraft and be clearly labeled with its supported versions.

How to Install
