This plugin does nothing more than this, it acts as an addon, you only have to install it on your server and all the ArmorStands that will be placed on the map will now have arms by default. It is also possible to delete the base plate by specifying it in the config.yml file that is generated at the first launch. After a server restart, this will take effect.
No permissions to manage, use is automatic !
