This plugin broadcasts over the server to alert players that they are being recorded.
There is only two simple commands:
/record(Green): Broadcasts "This server is now being recorded! Chat has been disabled until recording is complete!"

Blocks all chat attempts by non-OP players!
States who is recording!
/cut(Red): Broadcasts "This server is no longer recording! Chat has been re-enabled thanks for your patience!"

Re-Enables all chat attempts by non-OP players!
States who is stopped the recording!
This plugin does not prevent players from using chat however, the commands can only be used by OPs so it cant be over used by players.
