This plugin will monitor players who are are going to mine underground, after a delay, the monitor will evaluate if the certain player is suspect of having xray or not.
Plugin's configuration files are inside the .jar, probably will take them out in later versions if server administrators are interested in this plugin.

Usage:
- /xd alerts - toggle to listen to the plugin's notifications (mining related notifications)
- /xd watchers - view all players who are listening to this plugin's notification system
- /xd suspects - view all online suspects (enumeration)
- /xd allsuspects - view suspects list size
- /xd monitors - view all active monitors
- /xd stats <optional:player_name> - view player's mining stats
Permissions
- xd.root - gives permission to use /xd
- xd.seeSuspects - gives permission to use /xd suspects and /xd allsuspects
- xd.seeWatchers - gives permission to use /xd watchers -> see all watching players
- xd.seeStats - gives permission to use /xd stats -> see player's mining stats
- xd.seeMonitoredPlayers - gives permission to use /xd monitors -> views all monitored players
- xd.seeAlerts - gives permission to use /xd alerts
- xd.admin - all of above
