XPowers - Admin Plugin [MC 1.1.0]

NEW VERSION! Supports Permissions ( Yeti, BananaPermissions, ...)

This is My Plugin XPowers. It adds admin commands to your server. Additional to this it modifies join, respawn, ... messages and add some. You have to run your server with Java jre7 to use this plugin without issues. DEV 5 includes permissions support.
