This plugin lets you to fully prevent time and weather from changing (In other words - KeepTime and NoWeather). What is more, it's absolutely configurable, so you'll be able to make it work as you need it. For example you can keep 8000 ticks time and rainy weather. Also you can disable weather changing or time changing and use only needed module. This it the best solution for different lobbies or custom modes like creative world etc.
