WitherAlert is a plugin that allows you to control whether withers can be spawned, and if they can, what to send to players for a notification.
Configuration is all done in the plugin's config.yml, and all options are commented to make sure their purposes are known.
Messages defined in the config.yml support color codes, and specific ones allow you to determine where the player's name goes in the message using %P (this is case sensitive; Must be a capital P).
