Whoops

So what is whoops you ask?
I made whoops for codename_b's 50 line challenge and thought, hey why not publish it
so here it is.

Features

So what's the features of my plugin you ask?
Basicly, nothing -.-'
EXCEPT it shuts down the server when it get's enabled xD
