WelcomeTitles is a plugin that uses the title feature that was implemented in Minecraft version 1.8 to send a player a title when they join your server.

THIS ONLY WORKS ON Minecraft 1.8 and Higher This plugin comes with a config and a lot of things you can change. This plugin can be used to give information about a sale, any new features or just having your servers name as the player joins the server.
