This plugin allows person specific weather. If the player has permission it can change its weather to rain or clear. And if it has another permission it can change other people’s weathers. Some people might really want this plugin because in some servers people complain they are experiencing lag because of rain, and you don’t want to deal with that. This also allows people who want rain experience rain.
