WarnPlayers

If a player is annoying you can do the command /warn <player> <reason> to give that Player a warning. That gives a player a message on his computer screen. With WARNING in the top line and the reason in the line there under.

permissions:

• Player can send a warning to a player: warn.command
• Player can see the warn reason: warn.message

New things for minecraft 1.9:

• All players with the warn.message permission can see the warn reasons of the warned players.
• Config file, where you can edit the title and you can set the blindness on or off.
