ToolCmd
This plugin allows you to type /tools + an arg, for example /tools wood, for a wood sword, a wood pickaxe, a wood axe, a wood shovel and a wood hoe. You can also create a sign where you type in [Tools] in the first line, then a special type of tools in the second line. When someone right clicks that sign, they will get a package of the specific tool type, if the player has got the specific permission.
You also create a sign where it says [PvPGear] instead of [Tools], and then the specific type below.
