This plugin allows all users (see config) to try resourcepacks without manualy downloading and installing them! The server performance won't be affected!
Maybe players join your Server, test this Plugin out, play a bit and then they leave. But when they do this, the resource-pack is gone. So they
come back :)
Usuage: Just put the plugin in your Plugin folder and delete the last config folder (Texturepacker). Reload. /txtp. Finished!
