TextSigns allow you to put more text on a sign than it can normally have. You can put "Rules" on a sign, right-click, and it shows you a small rule-board in chat.. What if I want to make a plain message with this plugin? Well then, you can make a Message sign! Type "Message" on the first line of a sign to make it. You can then right-click on this sign, and have text show up. Of course, you will need to edit the configuration so you do not have the default messages.
Message sign: (number three, seven, and eight are too long to fit on a sign, so it is typed as a numeral) (there are ten textsigns) When you type into a sign, make sure you leave out the brackets. (If you type "Message" onto a sign, it becomes [Message] if it is typed correctly, and it will notify you.)

So you may be asking "How do Rule Signs work?" Here's your solution. In the configuration file, you will find lines looking like this:

The use is the same with message signs, just right-click and the text shows.
A beacon sign can be used when a player can't chat for some reason and has a problem, say you aren't paying attention and someone is PMing you that there is a problem. Well, someone can spam this and get your attention to solve the problem. Like the rest of the signs, it requires textsign.admin to place, and textsign.beacon (default) to use.
A Wild Sign teleports you to random coordinates within a 5000 x 5000 block range of 0,0. You can create a Wild Sign by typing Wild onto the first line. Users can then right-click the sign and be teleported. See Permissions for permission info.
A spawn sign teleports you to spawn upon right-clicking. You can create a spawn sign by typing Spawn onto the first line of a sign. Users can right-click and be teleported to spawn. See Permissions for further info.
I did! I made this for my sever about a month ago. I decided to add configuration and make it public to the Bukkit community.
Don't delete those. If you do, it will crash upon start-up.
Nope. There aren't any, and there will not be in the near future. I may add a config reload command.
We support MCStats. You can check out our page, and other cool plugins here, on MCStats: TextSigns on MCStats
I will only update when CraftBukkit is no longer compatible with my plugin OR I make a huge breakthrough in development. :)
