Takit-DNS

Overview

This plugin will keep your hostname's IP address up-to-date. The plugin will periodically check your network's external IP address; if it sees that your IP address has changed, it updates the new IP address to your hostname.

Supported DNS Services:

• freedns.afraid.org
• dyn.com (use for dyndns.com or dyndns.org)
• no-ip.com
• dnsexit.com

If you want me to add support for other DNS service create a new issue.

Installation

Place the downloaded jar in your plugin folder and reload your server to generate the config file. After it's generated go to it and update the information, then restart the server.

Configuration

• username: username you use to log into the dns service
• password: password you use to log into the dns service
• domain: the domain you want updated
• interval: Number of minutes to check for IP change (default: 10)
• host: freedns.afraid.org, dyn.com, no-ip.com, or dnsexit.com
