With this Plugin you can type in chat /strike (target) to summon a Lightning Bolt at his exact position.
As you can see in the picture I have summoned a Lighting Bolt at myself.
The lightning bolt does not kill the target because that's not the scope of this plug-in, it's just a fun tool which gives you the ability to strike a player continuously if you spam in the chat the strike command.
