StopChatting is a plugin that will stop any player without the right permissions to send a chat message.

NOTE: this will not stop and /msg or /tell.

Install

1. Copy the StopChatting.jar into your Plugins folder.
2. Start or Restart your server.
3. Add permissions where needed.
