StaffChat is a simple yet complex plugin developed by me Italplayer11. The purpose of this plugin is to allow players with a given permission to talk in private without others seeing it. The plugin is command based, and includes a config that allows you to edit a large variety of things related to colors.
%PLAYER% - This is used to get the command sender's name in the Join / Leave message.
