Warning: Username is CASE-SENSITIVE when typing /staff <username> accept/decline

Description:

Staff Management is a plugin where you can control which people are on your staff or not, it also allows people to apply for staff position which you can either accept or decline in game or from the config.yml. It will also allow you to grant staff special abilities if you so desire which they can use to help manage the server.

What Does this Plugin do?

At the Moment: Allows players to apply for moderator position from within the game and you can accept with'in the game!
Later on: Staff will be able to use and grant special abilities.
