Bounty Pick
When you break a block, there is a chance that you can change in config to receive a bonus block. So if you break a iron ore might receive an iron block, it depends how much change you put in the config.
You can enable and disable the blocks of the Bounty Pick in the config, as well as their chance of dropping a bonus block ( like i sad above).
To get the Bounty Pick you only need to use the command /sp bounty and you will get the pick.
Magnetic Pick
Do you know that feeling when you break a block and someone catch it... If you do, i have great news for you, with the Magnetic Pick, when you break a block that item will "teleport" to you like an iman! You dont need to worry about anyone.
You can enable and disable the blocks of the Magnetic Pick in the config.
To get the Magnetic Pick you only need to use the command /sp magnetic and you will get the pick.
Smelter Pick
Do you know that feeling when you need to get coal, or wood to smelt your ores? No you dont need to worry about that, with the Smelter Pick, when you break a block it will instantanely smelts! If you break an iron ore it will smelts and drop an iron ingot.
You enable and disable the blocks of the Smelter Pick in the config.
To get the Smelter Pick you only need to use the command /sp smelter and you will get the pick.
Explosive Pick
Who never felt tired of mining? So the Explosive Pick is the perfect soluction for you, because it breaks all the blocks in a 3v3 radius. So if i break an iron ore, it will break all iron ores that can find in a 3v3 radius.
You enable and disable the blocks of the Explosive Pick in the config, as well the sound it makes when you break a block.
To get the Explosive Pick you only need to use the command /sp explosive and you will get the pick.
Fortune Enchantment
You dont need to worry about the fortune enchantment because all the picks work well with the fortune!

Commands
/sp - Show all the commands of Special Tools.
/sp smelter - Gives you the Smelter Pick.
/sp bounty - Gives you the Bounty Pick.
/sp magnetic - Gives you the Magnetic Pick.
/sp explosive - Gives you the Explosive Pick.
Permissions
sp - Allows the player to see all the commands of Special Tools.
sp.smelter - Allows the player to get the smelter pick.
sp.bounty - Allows the player to get the bounty pick.
sp.magnetic - Allows the player to get the magnetic pick.
sp.explosive - Allows to get the explosive pick.
sp.use.smelter - Allows the player to use the smelter pick.
sp.use.bounty - Allows the player to use the bounty pick.
sp.use.magnetic - Allows the player to use the magnetic pick.
sp.use.explosive - Allows the player to use the explosive pick.

How to install the plugin?
