This very simple plugin that only play a sound of your choice for someone who speak on chat
Default Configuration:
Sound: LEVEL_UP volume: 20 pitch: 10
If you wanna change the sound just replace the "LEVEL_UP" whit one sound found here: http:jd.bukkit.org/rb/doxygen/d3/dfe/enumorg_1_1bukkit_1_1Sound.html
No commands and no permissions too. Sorry for bad english it´s not my native language
