A plugin used for teleportation and more.

I don't want this description to be too long, so:

• This plugin is used for teleportation and has five commands.
• /stpa player, which sends a request to a player.
• /stpaccept, which accepts your current request
• /stpadeny, which denies the request
• /stprandomloc, which teleports you to a different location. Recommended for admin use.
• /SimpleTeleport, which tells all commands of this plugin.
• /stp, which teleports a player to another player without the other player's permission.

WARNINGS: This plugin is my first, so there may be bugs. /stprandomloc and /SimpleTeleport both will provide ERRORS if ran by console. Do not worry, they will not affect this plugin. This plugin is not very well tested. I created my own server and tested all the commands. But just in case, you have been warned. Although there aren't many commands, many more will be added, as I wanted to get this on bukkit as soon as possible.
