ReviveAnnounce – Dramatic Hardcore Revival Plugin
Bring epic drama to your hardcore server! When a player is revived from spectator mode, the entire server experiences a breathtaking resurrection event:
- A massive global thunder sound (lightning bolt thunder + impact) audible to every player, no matter their distance.
- Electric sparks and end rod particles around the revived player, plus a visual lightning strike effect (no damage).
- A powerful title message displayed in the center of the revived player's screen:
§c§lYOU HAVE BEEN REVIVED!§6§oBut you must start over from zero...
- Server-wide chat announcement in red: ⚡ [PlayerName] has been resurrected! ⚡
- Full reset for the revived player:
- Inventory completely cleared
- Health, food, saturation, levels, and experience reset to default
- All advancements (achievements) revoked and reset
- Teleport to world spawn (centered on block)
Anti-spam protection: 5-minute cooldown per player before they can be revived again
Only works on players in spectator mode (perfect for hardcore death/revive mechanics)
Command: /revive <player> (requires permission revive.use, default OP)
