This plugin allows players to report hackers that they see. Depending on how many times a player has been reported, it calculates if he is using hack. if he effectively is, the plugin kicks the player automatically 3 times, warning he will be banned. The 4th time he is banned.
This is very useful because it does not use many resources, it only uses the reports sent by the players, that`s why it does not affect server speed.

this is the severity level: when higher, more quickly the player is kicked, banned. it is recommended not to touch. I will soon add more configuration possibilities.
this command use too report at player the format is "command" "player" "motive" in command it /report, in the "player" is the player too report and in "motive", the motives are: hack, fly or speed. you can add more motives.
