ReplaceChat
Once the name typed in chat it will change to a colored name.

Permissions:
- replacename.admin - All admin commands (for now only reload command)
- replacename.sendsound - This permission must be given to Player that receives the sound.
- replacename.replace - This permission is for replacing the names.
Commands:
- /replacename - Shows information of the plugin.
- /replacename reload - Reloads the config.
