a chest bank system that allows to have multiple banks for multiple permissions groups. So default group may have a bank that everybody can use, but admins may have another one (in addition to the default).
Commands
/chestbank add <group> (adds the chest you're looking to the group network)
/chestbank set <group> <rows> (set the number of rows that the group has)
Permissions
chestbank.add allows to use the /chestbank add command
chestbank.set allows to use the /chestbank set command
