QuikAnnounce is a simple and lightweight plugin for Bukkit that allows OPs to get peoples attention quickly and spam a message if necessary. The commands are short for ease of access. List of commands can be found on the GitHub wiki page. QuikAnnounce is 100% free and open sourced. I'll take suggestions if they are good!
