PyBucks

PyBucks was made as a replacement for KillerMoney, which would spam players each time they killed a mob.

Future versions of this may allow players to disable the money effect.

Amounts and variance are configurable for every mob in the game.

Mobs spawned from (technically, near -15 blocks by default) mob spawners do not give $

When killing a player, it takes a random percent from 0 to the maximum specified in the config, gives it to the player and takes it from the victim.

To use this plugin with older versions of Minecraft, you must have Holographic Displays installed, and set "UseHoloDisplays" in the config to true. If you already have HD installed, this is recommended even if you are running 1.8.
