pwrSay is the ultimate broadcasting plugin. Originally designed for pwrCraft server, this plugin is perfect for having multiple chat broadcasters. It makes adding, editing, and removing broadcasters much easier as well!

Commands:
/pwrsay-test - Gives a basic test, will be removed later...
/pwrsay-info - Give the plugins version, description, etc.
/pwrsay-help - Shows all of the commands!
/pwrsay say <broadcaster> <message> - Broadcast a message!
/pwrsay add <broadcaster> - Add a new broadcaster!
/pwrsay edit <broadcaster> <newprefix> - Edit a broadcasters prefix!
/pwrsay del <broadcaster> - Delete a broadcaster!
Permissions:
pwrsay.admin - Grants power to use pwrsay

Installation:
Download the jar!
Place it in your 'plugins' folder!
Start your server!
In-Game:
Type /pwrsay-help in the chat!
Type /pwrsay-test to make sure the plugin is working!
Type /pwrsay add <broadcaster> (<broadcaster> should be the name of the broadcaster you want)
Now, add a prefix! Type /pwrsay edit <broadcaster> <newprefix> (<broadcaster> should once again be the name of the broadcaster you just created! <newprefix> is what the prefix in chat you want it to be. [ex. - [CHAT] Message goes here])
Now, Broadcast a message! Type /pwrsay say <broadcaster> <message> (<broadcaster> should be the broadcaster you just created, or one that already exist. <message> should be whatever you want the broadcaster to message!)
You can delete a broadcaster with /pwrsay del <broadcaster>
