One is a plugin that allows (if the player has the right) with sheep duch the world to fly and press the q determined set in the configuration perform action (WoolDrops, Rainbow, TNT, XP, block, Bats) you can adjust how many items / TNT / Bats / XP can be dropped at once it begs to be all a Permission.
