Adds a command which outputs a list of server plugins as /plugins does, but sorted alphanumerically for ease of use. It's nothing exceptionally fancy, but it helps to clean up long plugin lists. Other than being sorted, the plugin functions exactly the same as /plugins.
Compatable with Bukkit 1.3.1-R1.0
Show list - /pluginsort
