PEGive stands for potion effects give. From that you can probably gather that this plugin is a plugin that allows you to give yourself potion effects
This is a simple plugin with 3 commands.
Commands
/pehelp: Usage:/pehelp description: lists all available potion effects
/gpe: Usage: /gpe <potioneffect> [power] OR /gpe <potioneffect> [power] (player) Description: gives the/a player a potion effect
/dpe: Usage: /dpe OR /dpe <player> description: takes all potion effects from a player
Permissions
gpe: gives permission to perform /gpe command
dpe: gives permission to use /dpe command
Other
This plugin does not support commands from the console. although it will in the future.
This plugin is not fully made if you find any Exceptions(java errors) please don't hesitate to comment
