Why was this created - Personally, all the enderpearl plugins are not lightweight and were very poorly written so I decided to code this.
Features - Allows admins/players to set cooldowns or disable enderpearls once and for all. Where can this be used - This is very good for servers that don't have worldguard and people our just teleporting back into spawn because they cannot handle the PvP Fight. Very nice for Faction Servers / Hardcore PVP Servers / Deathban
How to use - First off there our a few permission nodes and commands listed below. All you need to do is Drag and Drop the file into your server plugins file.
/pearl - Disable and Enable Enderpearls
pearlcontrol.reload - Allows the player to reload the pearlcontrol config. pearlcontrol.bypass.disable - Allows the player to use pearls even if Pearls are Disabled in pearlcontrol.bypass.cooldown - Allows the player to bypass the Cooldown for pearls. Notice - All Permission Nodes are default for OP!
