One Mooooore Cow is made to add a fun more challenging addition to the server. As well as your standard beef cow, you now have dairy cows as well. Dairy cows, unlike beef cows, do not drop meat upon death. The beef cows now, cannot be milked. Essentially, this mod seperates the two types of cows, instead of keeping them as one (as minecraft does). This can add a fun addition to your server, having different types of cows wandering around, and also will add the extra fun of finding the right type of cow. The ratio of beef to dairy is configurable, so YOU, as the server admin, can choose how rare/common you want each type to be.
This plugin requires SPOUT to be installed on the server. Players can log in and out freely on any client, however shall experience difficulty if they aren't using SPOUTCRAFT, as they will not see the different skin on the dairy cows.
So it does not force the players to get SPOUTCRAFT, but if they wish to enjoy this mod, they should use it. (And anyway, there's heaps of other good SPOUT plugins out there, maybe you could get some of them while your at it).
If you want me to add permissions instead of using Op to decide who can change the spawn ratio, i will add it to the plugin. However given the fact that it isn't really the sort of thing anyone Except the ops use, i decided it would be fine for at least the first release to work with Op, instead of permissions.
