NoPlugins - Fake a Vanilla Server

If you lack the proper permissions or aren't OP, this plugin

• Disables commands: "/plugins" | "/pl" | "/version" | "/ver" | "/gc"

Installation:

• Simple place the file "NoPlugins.jar" in the plugins folder of your server and everything will handle itself
• No configuration file yet - hope to be added soon

Permissions:

Supports SuperPerms, PermissionsBukkit, PermissionsEX, bPermissions or any other SuperPerms compatible manager. I recommend PermissionsBukkit as it is a lightweight SuperPerms manager with only commands that are 100% needed, it also has a simple configuration of one file. I also recommend NOT using the old Yeti permissions or anything like that.
