A simple plugin that prevents items placed within item frames from being rotated within the frame when right clicked. This can be helpful if you want to entirely prevent rotation within an item frame everywhere on the server. This plugin adds no additional commands.
This plugin does not currently support permissions.
This plugin does not require any configuration.
