A lot of players own a bunch of mob spawners. They use these spawner to collect a lot of drops. At the same time, the server is experiencing a hard time because of the large amount of mobs. Also, collecting drops diminishes players interests. They are doing the repetition of work instead of doing something much more fun.
What can server owners do? Nothing, I think.
Therefore, I wrote this plugin to help servers reduce pressure and players find their the real interest. Also, I add a feature that players would be granted with certain amount of exp when they break spawners. This way, they would prefer breaking them to keeping it. Another feature that I added is to set if pig spawner is allowed.
Please use the version 3.0 file. the former one has bugs,but if you use WorldGuard, it is okay to use the former one.

The bug with Residence plugin and Protect Stone plugin has been corrected. Therefore, you do not need to worry players get infinite exp generator.
