this is my second plugin . It´s a general plugin . It has 14 commands , but it´s still very easy to understand . This plugin has permissions ! And it has commands which it has not previously been ! This plugin is to heal and kill about .

- - /starve <Player> - a player starves
- - /starve10 <Player> - a player starves for half
- - /fire <player> - a player burn up
- - /regeneration <player> - a player regenerate
- - /regeneration2 <player> - a player regenerate with Regeneration2
- - /poison <player> - a player poison
- - /poison2 <player> - a player poison with Poison2
