A simple warner, where you can warn people with. It's lightweigh and you don't need any other plugin.
The only feature is on the moment that you can warn people with the warn command, I know that's a small plugin.

Command(s):

• /warn <PLAYER> <REASON>

Permission(s):

• LomeusWarn.Warn

Features:

• Warn a player, with a reason
  
• If you have 3 warnings, you're banned.
