How my version works:

^Third number is minor plugin changes.
Commands:
- /lol - Broadcasts: "[LolBroadcast] <name> is laughing out loud. /lol"
- /rofl - Broadcasts: <name> is rolling on the floor laughing! /rofl""
Permissions:
all permissions are default to OP
lolbroadcast.lol - access to /lol command
lolbroadcast.rofl - access to /rofl command
