Plugin originally designed for Ketchupcoke.
This is a plugin that prevents players from wearing different materials of armour and swords unless they have a certain experience level.
Players will not be able to right-click to wear armour. As for swords, if a player does not have the required level, the sword does 1 damage.
If a player does not have the required level to wear or use a tool, a customisable message is sent to them (with colour code support).
Material requirements are:

Chain/Stone sword: Level 8
Iron: Level 16
Diamond: Level 24
